A bit of a new look
Sometimes, it pays to be better organized. I don't know if that is the case for me going forward, but I did make a couple of cosmetic changes to my site.
First off, there is a new address to get here, so my one faithful reader can find me. It's davidfsingleton.com.
Yes, I decided to be vain and purchase my name as a url. Given that I got it for a dirt cheap price, I doubt that it was highly in demand.
Also, there are tabs at the top of the page now. The blog is home base. I do plan on utilizing it more.
The second tab links to my resume. Or more accurately at this point, my curriculum vitae. And like most people, it is currently out of date. I'll update it once I figure out the best way to encapsulate what my 8-5 job entails.
The third tab links to my other blog, Pigskin Punditry, which I use as the clearinghouse for my sports writing endeavors with Rock M Nation & Crystal Ball Run as well as my own mildly well-thought out posts from time to time.
I don't plan on a full redesign at this time, but who knows? The biggest thing I think I need to work on is just consistently turning out posts. Baby steps, after all.
